HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCTS?
We at WittyPup strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However, if you receive an incorrect/damaged product, you can mail us at email@example.com and we will get the issue resolved for you within 24 hours and the item will be picked up from your address. You'll get full refund within 3-5 working days once we receive the incorrect/damaged product back.
Please note that we design new t-shirts for every order and those t-shirts are invaluable to us after return. Hence, we reserve all the rights to decide whether the product delivered to you is actually faulty or not. Size-related issues will be considered only if you received "Small" instead of "Medium" and so on. We have given size charts on every product page and we assume that you have carefully checked that chart before ordering the t-shirts.
Also, upon asking, you need to provide us pictures of the product received so that we can further investigate the issue for you. Each and every customer and satisfaction is important to us but we don't believe in doing business at our loss because we design all the t-shirts carefully with love where the possibility of any kind of flaw is very very less but still we are here to hear and help you till you are happy and satisfied.
We have strict rules and beliefs related to returns because we are living in that digital world where people look at a product very critically and think of returning products even if there is any actual issue just because they feel that they no longer need the product and it is very easy to return the product. Thanks to the companies like Amazon etc.
We use 180 GSM cloth that is the best quality cloth for t-shirts and use a high-quality printing procedure to give you a rich product. Our designs are also designed by international fashion designers who design clothing for other big brands and celebrities too.

Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
Products purchased during special offers are not eligible for return/exchange.
International orders are not eligible for return/exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered.
WHAT IS WITTYPUP'S EXCHANGE POLICY?
You can send it back to us within 3 days of the delivery. We will either replace it with another product of the same value, or offer credit on a future purchase in the form of a WittyPup voucher.
HOW DO I SEND THE PRODUCT BACK?
You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post.
CAN WITTYPUP ARRANGE FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE PICKED UP FROM MY ADDRESS?
Reverse pickup will be arranged only in the following conditions.
- Product damaged when received
- Product is defective in any way
- If your address falls in the list of serviceable PIN codes (ie, for this particular service), we can definitely arrange for the product to be picked up from your address.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCTS?
Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us.
I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. HOW DO I PROCEED?
Please send us images of the product at firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Care Executive will get back to you. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and once we have received the product, we will reimburse you in the form of a WittyPup voucher.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON A CANCELLED ORDER?
The refund will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days. Customer can cancel the order within 1 hour after placing the order
